If in the event games are going to be finalized late (on the Eastern Daylight/Standard Time Zone) at night or the host is having, not limited to, technology issues, not present at the office, and/or emergencies, and then the host will update those games and standings (if applicable) at some point in the following morning. If the host is not able to update the following morning, then he will update in the earliest convenience possible.

Terms Of Sign Ups And Prizes

The host is Scott Asti, owner and sole proprietor of Asti Enterprises, in which is headquartered at 249 North Saint Marys Street, Saint Marys, PA 15857.

Any competition is open to residents of the United States Of America, Canada, and any other countries in where engaging in gambling activities are legal. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter any contests and events held on https://astienterprisessportswebsite.com/ website. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter any competition.

By entering any competition, an entrant (or player) is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

For any Pick ‘em Leagues only one (1) entry will be accepted per person. There are no limits on the number of pick ‘em leagues any player can participate. No more than two (2) entries for any bracket challenges and bowl challenges. Any person can purchase an unlimited of blocks in any Square events. Any person who fails to comply to this rule will result will be disqualified and any monies will not be refunded if the deadline has passed.

Closing date for entry will be determined and set in writing on the “Home” page of the https://astienterprisessportswebsite.com/. Once the deadline passes then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

To view the rules of the competition and/or leagues please go the “Rulebooks” page of the “Website”. The rules for the leagues cannot be changed at any time during its respective season. However, you should check the “Rulebooks” page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made for the upcoming season.

The host reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the host’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants (or players) as soon as possible by the host.

The host is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant (or players) by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize(s) is/are as follows:

The prize(s) is/are as stated, in league “Rulebooks” listed under the Payouts category and for any Challenges and Squares it will be listed on the Leaderboard page of the Live Updates Excel file. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be determined as set forth in the rulebooks for leagues, scoring system for challenges, and correct final scores for games, innings, and total scores, and not limited to, for squares.

The winner will be notified by email and/or cellphone within 48 hours of the closing date of a season or event. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner in which would be the runner up (or 2nd place) in any contests.

The host will notify the winner(s) when and where the prize(s) can be paid. There will be no cash transactions. The host must prove, electronically, in accordance with the IRS where the prize(s) are being paid out. The prizes can be paid to, and not limited to, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and/or checking or savings accounts (bank route number and bank account number will be required for checking and savings accounts).

Any prizes at $601 or over (US Dollars) will be issued an IRS (Internal Revenue Service) 1099 Form by Asti Enterprises and anyone who wins the said prize will be required and responsible to report on his/her taxes in the year they won the prize(s).

The host’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant (or player) is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and/or image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner(s), or any other entrants (or players) will be used solely in accordance with current United States Of America data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s (or player’s) prior consent.

The winner’s name will be available 7 days after closing date on the “Website”.
